No doubt the main stream news media will not cover this event adequately, leaving the impression that nothing of any consequence happened. Go if you are able. Take a video camera and document the entire protest. Post that video on YouTube for everyone to see. Bypass the main stream media.

Call and write the main stream media and demand that they cover the protests against the current government activities that are un-Constitutional, illegal, instrusive, freedom-stealing and downright suffocating.

We’ve been calling the government officials on the carpet, but we’ve forgotten to do the same with the main stream media who are aiding and abetting the Obama administration’s efforts to change America into a third-world country with debt-burdened, unemployed and enslaved citizens, like Cuba.

Every day, let’s all contact the same news media and pressure them to cover Obama’s opposition to the same extent that they covered Pres. Bush’s opposition. Let’s demand that they cover us as much as they covered Michael Moore’s diatribes.

God vs Guns

People who have not read the Bible should not pass judgement on others. This newswoman questions the auto dealer's inclusion of God in his motto, "Guns, God and American Pick-up Trucks". He tries to explain it to her to no avail. She asks "What Would Jesus Do?" I wish the dealer had remembererd that Jesus used a whip on the crooks operating in the Temple in Jerusalem. YES, IN THE TEMPLE!

St. Matthew 21:11-13
"And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.
And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves.
And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves."

St. John 2:13-16
"And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,
And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen, and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise."

People who try to use God to oppose war have never read the Old Testament passages, of which there are many, where God sent the Israelites to attack, and yes, kill, other cities. God hates evil, wherever it shows up. He is merciful and works to bring evil-doers to their senses and to repentance, but He does say that he will not strive with man forever. Genesis 6:3 "And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man..." At that point, it can get quite scary! Let's not forget the flood of Noah's day that wiped all but eight people off the planet in God's move to cleanse the planet of evil and start over.

We all need to do our homework and search for truth. Don't be swayed by the news media, believing that they know what they're talking about or that they are correct. Don't form your moral values by giving in to pressure from the media. Anti-gun sentiments run rampant in the news media and in Hollywood, but many of them have not done their homework on this subject. It's political correctness that can be harmful to you and your family without a valid basis.

Can you imagine how today's news media would have reported on Jesus walking into church in a major city, making a whip of sorts and throwing out the crooks, turning over their tables, dumping out their money and yelling at them to get out? The CNN crowd would burst blood vessels in their necks. They would be incensed at such behavior. But the difference lies in priorities. Jesus did what he had to do to impress on the people the need for holiness, righteousness, morality, honesty and respect for God's institution. A corrupt temple was no good to the people, nor to God. His goal was to protect the people from evil.

God does not want his people to be sitting ducks for evil-doers just for the sake of "not owning a gun". What virtue is there in not owning a gun? The very people who demand that Americans be virtuously free of guns, use the most foul language and go very nearly nude in public (bikinis, plunging necklines, short-short skirts, see through blouses, etc.). They want to choose which virtues Americans must adhere to, while excluding those virtues that they do NOT want to live with, such as decency.

You can't take away their First Amendment Right of free speech, no matter how nasty or hateful they talk, but you should take away everyone's Second Amendment Right to own a gun for self-defense and defense of one's home and family.

These people would quickly change their positon if ever assailed by a criminal with a gun pointed in their face! Let's pray it never happens to them.

Stand up for the Second Amendment. As the economy goes down, crime goes up. You are becoming more and more vulnerable with each day of the Obamanation.
